A company is looking for a Residential Support Representative - Phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide positive customer experiences and troubleshoot basic technical problems primarily through phone communication
- Assist customers with Schlage product issues and guide them through installation and setup inquiries
- Communicate customer feedback and case drivers to internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; an associate's degree is preferred
- 1+ years' experience handling high-volume inquiries
- Ability to type 55 wpm, corrected speed
- Familiarity with PC-based software applications and smart device applications preferred
