A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, focusing on renewals, expansion, and advocacy
- Establish regular meetings with customers to align on business objectives, KPIs, and product opportunities
- Onboard new customers and deliver ongoing training on product features and functionality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably with enterprise-level accounts
- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
- Experience with customer success and support applications
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup is preferred
