Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, focusing on renewals, expansion, and advocacy
  • Establish regular meetings with customers to align on business objectives, KPIs, and product opportunities
  • Onboard new customers and deliver ongoing training on product features and functionality
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably with enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
  • Experience with customer success and support applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup is preferred
