Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Application Support Specialist responsible for providing Tier II technical support for Salesforce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor Salesforce integrations, dashboards, automations, and backups daily
  • Research and resolve Tier II support case escalations, documenting issues and identifying root causes
  • Manage Salesforce and installed package releases, ensuring operational stability and scalability
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant in a customer-facing role
  • Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Salesforce Administrator, Consultant
  • Understanding of technical capabilities of Visual Force, APEX APIs, and APEX Triggers
