Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Application Support Specialist responsible for providing Tier II technical support for Salesforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Salesforce integrations, dashboards, automations, and backups daily
- Research and resolve Tier II support case escalations, documenting issues and identifying root causes
- Manage Salesforce and installed package releases, ensuring operational stability and scalability
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant in a customer-facing role
- Preferred Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Salesforce Administrator, Consultant
- Understanding of technical capabilities of Visual Force, APEX APIs, and APEX Triggers
