A company is looking for a Retention Specialist to assist patients and address their concerns in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from existing patients and assist with inquiries
- Handle patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary to retain patients
- Make outbound calls to previous patients to encourage their return
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or collections activities
- Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment
- Prior remote work experience is required
