Production Support Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support production systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime
• Triage and resolve user-reported issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in production support or technical support roles
• Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes
• Experience with Python scripting language
• Foundational knowledge of healthcare data or analytics is preferred
