A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support production systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime
- Triage and resolve user-reported issues, escalating complex problems as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in production support or technical support roles
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes
- Experience with Python scripting language
- Foundational knowledge of healthcare data or analytics is preferred
