Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Agent who will assist customers by providing information about products and services, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements
- Manages incoming contacts regarding member questions, complaints, and general inquiries
- Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service, call center, or relevant experience
- Must have and maintain OTL License or must obtain within 45 days of hire
