Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Patient Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Prevents revenue shortfalls by resolving financial transactions and escalating issues as needed
• Completes daily work assignments accurately and on time, adhering to productivity and quality standards
• Identifies process improvements and facilitates timely resolution of accounts through effective communication with payers

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a medical billing office or relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with insurance follow-up
• Experience with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or similar software
• Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT-4, and ICD-10
• Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle management workflows and system applications
