A company is looking for a Lead Patient Financial Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Prevents revenue shortfalls by resolving financial transactions and escalating issues as needed
- Completes daily work assignments accurately and on time, adhering to productivity and quality standards
- Identifies process improvements and facilitates timely resolution of accounts through effective communication with payers
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a medical billing office or relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with insurance follow-up
- Experience with Epic, Brightree, Billing Bridge, or similar software
- Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT-4, and ICD-10
- Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle management workflows and system applications
