A company is looking for a Remote Service Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer service requests via phone, email, or customer portals, coordinating with appropriate district offices
- Create service requests and review daily reports for follow-up and attention
- Serve as the primary contact for select National Accounts customers, ensuring all service-related requests are met
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Customer service background
- Ability to multi-task
