Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer service requests via phone, email, or customer portals, coordinating with appropriate district offices
  • Create service requests and review daily reports for follow-up and attention
  • Serve as the primary contact for select National Accounts customers, ensuring all service-related requests are met


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Customer service background
  • Ability to multi-task
