Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outfitter Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support for outdoor product inquiries and orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails, assisting customers with orders and inquiries
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the company, making decisions to retain customer goodwill
- Maintain knowledge of outdoor products and assist with technical support and repair issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Intermediate computer knowledge and ability to engage customers effectively
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, particularly in outdoor/fly fishing products
- Working knowledge of contact center operations preferred
- Ability to work independently and make decisions creatively
- Ongoing training in fly fishing knowledge and experience is inherent to the position
