A company is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and document interactions
- Verify information from third-party entities and escalate complex issues as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months prior customer service experience
- Availability to work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST
- Comfortable handling both voice and non-voice interactions
- Personal computer or laptop with specified minimum specs and stable internet connection
