A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at healthcare organizations
- Lead onboarding of new customers and drive product adoption and usage
- Work with clients on strategic planning and identify opportunities for account growth
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in SaaS
- Proven project management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and tech-savvy with the ability to drive customer outcomes
- Experience in growing annual account spend over time
- Knowledge of healthcare, EMR, EHR Consulting, or Product Management is a plus
