California Licensed Hospice Triage RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN-PT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health patients
• Utilize technology for charting and patient documentation during calls
• Work a minimum of 2 shifts weekly, including every other weekend

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license required
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care preferred
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED or critical care
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
