A company is looking for a Client Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client engagements and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, including revenue cycle recommendations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage client meeting schedules
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of internal or external customer service experience
- 5+ years of experience working directly with clients in a healthcare or technical environment
- Intermediate experience with MS Excel, including pivot tables and V Lookups
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to identify future barriers or areas for growth to enhance efficiency
