Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Technician to join their US Ratings Support team in a remote work capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding accounting software applications
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to understand and document issues
  • Provide effective customer service while escalating unresolved issues to appropriate support levels
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Accounting experience through coursework or work experience
  • Any degree or equivalent work experience in the Accounting Field
  • Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
  • Familiarity with technology and Microsoft applications
