A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Technician to join their US Ratings Support team in a remote work capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding accounting software applications
- Triage and troubleshoot customer problems to understand and document issues
- Provide effective customer service while escalating unresolved issues to appropriate support levels
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Accounting experience through coursework or work experience
- Any degree or equivalent work experience in the Accounting Field
- Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
- Familiarity with technology and Microsoft applications
