Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
  • Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with application/documentation completion
  • Utilize training and resources to effectively resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality, retail, or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
  • Ability to work from a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet connectivity
