Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with application/documentation completion
- Utilize training and resources to effectively resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality, retail, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
- Ability to work from a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet connectivity
