Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and restaurants
• Manage incoming tickets from email or text via CRM and return calls for voicemails
• Perform minor troubleshooting and document correspondence between customers and restaurants

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
• Call center experience is a plus
• Self-directed and self-motivated
