Key Responsibilities
- Assist B2B Vendors with payment inquiries, changes, and portal access
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with businesses
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B customer service
- Ability to work remotely after training
- Availability to work M-F from 11am-8pm EST
- Onsite training availability from 10am-7pm
