Bilingual Travel Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Member Travel Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, organize, book, and track member travel requests
• Ensure compliance with plan requirements and company policies
• Serve as the Member's personal Travel Agent, managing itineraries and travel accommodations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Fluent in both English and Spanish languages
• Working knowledge of the travel industry
• Experience with travel booking software
