Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call
- Guide and educate customers on health care benefits and assist with plan selections
- Support customers in navigating online resources and scheduling appointments with care providers
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
