Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call
  • Guide and educate customers on health care benefits and assist with plan selections
  • Support customers in navigating online resources and scheduling appointments with care providers
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Windows PCs and ability to navigate complex computer systems
