Key Responsibilities
- Process wholesale and online orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels
- Monitor customer feedback and work cross-functionally to enhance customer service processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; related experience or training preferred
- One to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
- Ability to read and interpret various documents and instructions
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
