Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve software queries to maximize customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the Analyst team or Software Support Manager when necessary
- Identify customer training needs and organize training sessions to enhance software knowledge
Required Qualifications
- Educated to HND level in a computing-related discipline or up to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Fully conversant in aspects of healthcare and the company's domain, products, and services
- Working knowledge of database principles, such as SQL
- Basic SQL knowledge to troubleshoot scripts and provide solutions
- Expert troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage difficult customer situations effectively
