Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Service Coordinator to work remotely in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Regional Manager and Business Development team
- Ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence
- Assist with onboarding new customers and support clients with technical troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (C1 level) and Punjabi
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, technical support, or operational role within a relevant industry
- Ability to travel between Pakistan, Bangladesh, and South India
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a personal laptop with stable internet connection
