Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Service Coordinator to work remotely in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Regional Manager and Business Development team
  • Ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and support clients with technical troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) and Punjabi
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, technical support, or operational role within a relevant industry
  • Ability to travel between Pakistan, Bangladesh, and South India
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a personal laptop with stable internet connection
