Key Responsibilities

- Manage service schedules, technician allocation, and ensure timely client communications and order completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain performance data
Required Qualifications
- An associate degree and four years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications and project management tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
- Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
