Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily direction and communication to Gearheads, ensuring high customer experience and business performance
- Assist in the daily operation of the contact center, including staffing, training, and performance management
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- One to three years of customer service or sales experience required
- Enjoys helping others and being in a leadership role
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Tools
