Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, Revenue Cycle Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and oversight to the RCM team, primarily offshore
• Handle escalated calls and resolve complex issues related to insurance billing
• Identify trends and implement process improvements for RCM operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• Three (3) years of related work experience in healthcare administration, insurance, or customer service
• Two (2) years of specific experience in HME, Diabetic, or home medical supplies preferred
• Experience in a Medicare-certified HME, IV, or HH environment is advantageous
