Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to provide customer support and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via chat, email, and phone to troubleshoot and resolve concerns
  • Educate customers on product usage and develop training materials to enhance their experience
  • Track requests, identify software bugs, and collaborate with the Support team to improve service
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical customer support role or similar
  • Experience with web and mobile applications to troubleshoot customer issues effectively
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new features and product updates
  • Curiosity to tackle new challenges and commitment to thorough customer interactions
  • Experience supporting US Payroll software is a plus
