Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive inquiries.
- Assist customers with vehicle information, product features, and service inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for reporting.
- Collaborate with the automotive team to drive improvements in customer service delivery.
- Stay informed about automotive trends, company products, and service processes to provide knowledgeable support.
- Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing products and services.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
