Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative, primarily responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls, process orders, and provide timely updates to customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Research and resolve billing and pricing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • One to two years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in a monitored call environment with performance metrics
  • Experience working within a distribution company is preferred
  • Emergency Medical or Hospital-related experience is a plus
