Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, process orders, and provide timely updates to customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Research and resolve billing and pricing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in a monitored call environment with performance metrics
- Experience working within a distribution company is preferred
- Emergency Medical or Hospital-related experience is a plus
