A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
- Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated by resolving issues during the initial contact
- Documents all member or provider communications for quality and performance tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience required
- Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
- Must reside in North Carolina
