Key Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to drive results, secure renewals, and expansions
- Monitor account health using customer data to drive adoption and identify opportunities
- Provide expertise to help clients derive insights from the product and deliver value-based business reviews
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success or technical account management
- Experience managing a large volume of customers (80-100) across EMEA
- Based in Barcelona or Madrid, Spain
- Fluency in English and another European language
- Full working rights for the European Union
