Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor (Pacific Timezone Only).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-underwriting tasks including document collections and credit reviews
• Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage processing journey

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Experience at an independent mortgage brokerage or banking company
• Familiarity with renovation loans such as 203K and Homestyle
• Experience with DSCR and Bank Statement loans
• Experience working in Arive is a plus
