A company is looking for a Dental Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls regarding dental claims, benefits, premiums, and eligibility
- Provide accurate information and solutions to problems while documenting all aspects of calls
- Resolve complaints, appeals, and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and adherence to service level guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a medical/dental office or customer support role
- Practical knowledge of medical or dental terminology and diagnosis/procedure coding preferred
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have high-speed internet access and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
