Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and handle customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and automate support needs
- Develop runbooks, improve support tools, and enhance the engineering support experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and improve product usability
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional support or engineering experience in Big Data technologies
- Experience supporting platforms built with open source technologies like Apache Kafka and Spark
- Proficiency in reading and writing SQL queries for data analysis
- Experience in developing automation tools and scripts for process improvement
- Proficient in at least one programming language, ideally Python or Java
