A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service and follow-up as needed
- Complete insurance verifications and obtain prior authorizations in compliance with guidelines
- Process orders accurately and timely, maintaining documentation and privacy in compliance with HIPAA
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months of inbound customer service experience
- Associate's degree, LPN, or Professional Certification in a related field is preferred
- One year of inbound customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance related field is preferred
