Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customer service and follow-up as needed
  • Complete insurance verifications and obtain prior authorizations in compliance with guidelines
  • Process orders accurately and timely, maintaining documentation and privacy in compliance with HIPAA
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Six months of inbound customer service experience
  • Associate's degree, LPN, or Professional Certification in a related field is preferred
  • One year of inbound customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance related field is preferred
