A company is looking for a Software Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate application behavior while collaborating with the software development team and end users
- Perform EDI system configuration and integrations for B2B data exchange
- Assist in troubleshooting efforts and maintain documentation for knowledge management
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software support, reporting services, and B2B data management systems
- College diploma or university degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of programming languages, including C# and T-SQL
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and integrated development environments like Microsoft Visual Studio
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and EDI
