A company is looking for a Pharmacy Operations Coordinator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and complete accurate referrals and applications into a centralized customer relationship management platform
- Resolve patients' questions and concerns regarding their journey status
- Enter detailed information into company software while conversing via telephone and maintain quality patient interactions
Required Qualifications
- High School education required
- 2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of insurance billing methods and general pharmacy operations is a plus
