Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance global customer engagement and care processes
- Define and implement standardized customer care processes and service delivery models
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer experience and service quality
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, or Customer Operations, preferably in semiconductor or technology manufacturing
- Expertise in global Customer Care operations and process optimization
- Proven experience in leading customer service teams and managing outsourced providers
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Experience, or related field
- Proficiency with CRM and customer service platforms
