Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 2-month temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to assist clients
• Create timely illustrations and provide necessary compliance documents
• Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and clients

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma minimum
• Active Life and Health license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
• 2025 AHIP completed
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
