A company is looking for a Customer Advisor, Residential Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from residential customers, providing assistance on billing, orders, and service usage
- Process payments, issue billing corrections, and assist with plan updates
- Troubleshoot common service and connectivity issues and guide customers through account access and self-service tools
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of customer account management and internet service concepts
- Ability to multitask in a real-time support environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Prior experience in telecommunications, ISP, or customer care roles is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
