A company is looking for a Client Care Manager who will serve as a liaison between client delivery teams and various resources to enhance client relationships and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client-facing presentation and communications support to ensure clear messaging
- Produce content and graphics for presentations, reports, and marketing materials
- Maintain an organized library of marketing materials and present training sessions for account management teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong PowerPoint skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly and produce high-quality materials in a fast-paced environment
