Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from clients, brokers, and Third-Party Administrators within service standards
- Provide information on retirement account details, payments, products, and application status
- Assist in training team members and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with 401k Retirement products
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- In-depth understanding of internal business procedures and workflows
