Key Responsibilities

  • Promote self-service digital tools to enhance provider satisfaction and streamline issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with computer systems and ability to navigate complex software
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified business hours
