A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the advocate for providers by resolving issues efficiently through calls and chats
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of provider issues
- Promote self-service digital tools to enhance provider satisfaction and streamline issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computer systems and ability to navigate complex software
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified business hours
