A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative I to support FEMA in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and enter customer information into the database
- Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls regarding disaster assistance
- Maintain and update the database system while ensuring quality assurance metrics are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least six months of customer service, secretarial, or telemarketing experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Must reside within 100 miles of the office in Pharr, TX
