A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative I to support FEMA in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and enter customer information into the database
  • Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls regarding disaster assistance
  • Maintain and update the database system while ensuring quality assurance metrics are met
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least six months of customer service, secretarial, or telemarketing experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to pass a federal background check
  • Must reside within 100 miles of the office in Pharr, TX
