- Technical background from hands-on experience implementing API-first SaaS solutions
- Experience as a customer-facing product specialist in B2B SaaS services
- Advanced degree in a relevant Engineering subject or Computer Science
- Stakeholder and cross-team management skills, with effective communication abilities
