Job Summary
A company is looking for a NAV Support Specialist to provide on-call support for a live NAV 2017 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ad hoc support for NAV 2017 issues (approx. 1-2 hours/month)
- Assist with troubleshooting in WMS and Lanham EDI workflows
- Offer guidance or minor fixes in core NAV modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017
- Strong understanding of Lanham EDI and Warehouse Management functionality
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly when support is needed
- Comfortable with a highly flexible, low-hour commitment
