A company is looking for a Channel Partner Client Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level system support for Channel Partners, including troubleshooting and resolving client questions
- Perform regression testing and ensure proper functionality of client sites
- Manage open items ticket log and prepare for client status calls
Required Qualifications
- Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment
- Analytical skill-sets to effectively use data for strategy
- Familiarity with system audits and client issue resolution processes
