A company is looking for a G.A.S. Caller to connect with current and former members, ensuring their well-being and providing necessary resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 40 hours of G.A.S. Calls weekly
- Connect with 20-30 people per week (minimum)
- Generate 40-50 new members per year and obtain at least one referral weekly
Required Qualifications
- Background in HR, Sales, Customer Service, Relationship Management, or Client Experience
- Ability to build relationships and follow up effectively
- Resourceful with a strong understanding of available resources
- Ability to meet aggressive sales goals
- Proficiency in using CRM software and relevant tools
