Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch service excellence to executive-level travelers and handle incoming requests via multiple channels
• Utilize travel tools and systems to search, confirm, and manage travel reservations
• Guide clients on travel policies and fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in VIP travel
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Strong skills in GDS Sabre
• Ability to work in an afterhours position
