A company is looking for a Call Center/Tech Support position.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete training for three weeks, with the first week in the office and the remainder at home
- Work from home during regular hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Provide call center and basic technical support to customers
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment
- Basic technical support experience preferred
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- No degree required
- Must reside close to or in Richmond, KY
