Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise daily activities of team members to meet performance goals
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members
  • Manage phone metrics and ensure effective resolution of customer billing inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • 1+ years of healthcare customer service experience
  • Experience managing direct reports, including hiring and performance management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
