Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of team members to meet performance goals
- Provide coaching, feedback, and conduct performance reviews for team members
- Manage phone metrics and ensure effective resolution of customer billing inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- 1+ years of healthcare customer service experience
- Experience managing direct reports, including hiring and performance management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
